Motel 728 is one of the best places I ever stayed I want to thank Stacy in the front office for the housepitality and keeping the rooms clean and the owner Jason for being understanding and kind. For a long-term or even a short term stay this is one of the best places you could be!
My stay here so far has been a good experiance. The owner Jason is a good hearted man that works well with the needs of his tenants. Some rooms need work that are getting worked on daily, and the atmosphere is very homey. I am looking forward to my weeks stay at Motel 728!

My family and I have been staying here going on 4 weeks now. The price is okay. Especially when you are working with a budget. Frank(manager) always checks on guests. He treats my family like family. He always checks to see if we are okay and if there are any issues. Jason(owner) when here he checks in on his guests as well.The owner and the manager works great as a team. It's a quiet place and everyone respects eschother.
